To provide and promote wellness and community through movements

 

Our “Community Wellness Workshop” program was born out of the idea that if we are going to do big things in the world— pursuing a martial arts path, fighting injustice, building careers, raising families, furthering our education, and nurturing  our bodies — we need to take care of ourselves. We can often put our mental and physical health on the back burner due to obligations such as work and family or and other stressors, but focusing on our own wellness is crucial for our own health and happiness as well as for our ability to support those around us in a sustainable way. 

 

TUFF LOVE AND FOUR ELEMENTS FITNESS JOIN FORCES
Four Elements Gym and Tuff Love Self-Defense have joined forces to launch the “Community Wellness Workshop” : a chance to connect with our community while cultivating our own wellness. Every month we will host a variety of fun and engaging community classes led by expert instructors that focus on movement, health, resilience, and community-building. 

 

PROJECT SCOPE AND VISION 

Our goal is to foster a community that cultivates connection, support and growth through movement, and to connect with expert instructors from different disciplines. Classes are donation-based, with all donations going to the instructor.
