Judo
Judo is a Japanese martial art and jacket wrestling that centers throws, chokes, armbars and pins. With a heavy emphasis on standing technique, judo teaches practitioners how to utilize their partner's force and momentum against them so even a small person can throw someone much larger. Judo can be translated to “gentle way” and is a great way to learn focus, nervous system regulation, and to develop quick reflexes.
